Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. For more informations click here.
Shipments outside the EU may be subject to local duties or taxes and must be paid directly to the Courier.
You should normally expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days. Please calculate the delivery time from the time you receive the tracking e-mail. We will do everything we can to avoid delays and keep you up to date.
All orders are packed and shipped from our partner locations, by Expert Opticians. Each item will be inspected by qualified personnel to ensure that you do not receive anything but pristine eyewear.
If you have any questions or special requests please chat with us or contact us.
Returns
Nuance Audio Glasses, Even Realities glasses, and other e-devices (such as Ray-Ban Meta, Oakley Meta, etc) are not eligible for return once the protective seal is broken. Due to the nature and technology of these items, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective upon delivery (DOA) or covered by a manufacturer's warranty in case of a fault. Please inspect the product carefully before removing any protective seals or using it. Once opened or tried on, returns will not be possible.
Customized items, including prescription and non-prescription lenses, are generally not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or do not match the prescription provided. In the event of a defect or a prescription mismatch, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
Consult our full Return Policy.
