More about this frame

Daizo Ludwig reinterprets the Clubmaster silhouette in a compact, square shape, developed from the aesthetic of the Ludo and reimagined with a driver-inspired character. The frame combines a bold acetate brow with a refined metal lower rim, while the construction integrates the nose bridge and nose pads directly into the acetate front, creating a more solid structure while maintaining a light and refined feel. The square lens gives the model a compact and distinctive identity, further accentuated by Daizo’s signature 180-degree hinge detail. The substantial temples are enhanced by refined metallic details and Daizo’s signature diamond logo set into the temple tips. Designed to accommodate both optical and sun lenses, Ludwig combines a strong vintage character with a contemporary construction developed down to the finest detail. Handcrafted in Japan, it reflects Daizo’s approach to distinctive eyewear through a precise balance of structure, lightness and understated luxury.
