Rigards RG1948ZC, nicknamed “Angel Eyes,” is an avant-garde piece born from the long-standing collaboration between Rigards and designer Ziggy Chen (ZC). Crafted in lightweight, hand-worked titanium, it stands out for its sculptural octagonal architecture and intricate inner rings that create a radiating, prismatic effect—an evolved take on the classic “mad scientist” eyewear language, refined into something sharply modern. Often presented as a modular “box set,” the model is built around an optical base frame and paired with two stackable magnetic sun clip-ons, allowing the silhouette to shift from clean and minimal to highly dimensional and expressive depending on how the layers are combined.
