The method and cost of shipping varies depending on the selected Shipping Country. Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.

USA

• Free DHL Express Delivery will be offered for orders over € 450
• For orders less than € 450, Delivery will be € 35

Actual delivery time:

DHL Express: 2-4 working days

European Union

• Free DHL Express Delivery will be offered for orders over € 450
• For orders less than € 450, Delivery will be € 20

Actual delivery time:

DHL Express: 2-6 working days

United Kingdom

We cover ALL importation fees for shipments to the UK.

• DHL Express Delivery: € 37

Actual delivery time:

DHL Express: 2-4 working days

Rest of the World

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to local duties or taxes and must be paid directly to the courier. eye-oo.com is not liable for these costs and will not be able to reimburse. The cost of shipping may vary from country to country, it will be calculated at checkout. 

• For orders more than € 450, Delivery will be € 30
• For orders less than € 450, Delivery will be € 50

Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped from our partner locations. Each item will be personally inspected by qualified personnel to ensure that you do not receive anything but pristine eyewear.

All orders will be shipped by courier and will require a signature upon delivery. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail. Please calculate the delivery time from the time you receive this e-mail. If all goes according to plan you should normally expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days.

However, be aware that occasionally delays can occur that are beyond our control. We will do everything we can to avoid this and keep you up to date.

Notify Me Items

Delivery times for Notify Me items depend on our suppliers. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order with an estimated delivery time and keep you posted every time we receive up to date information from our suppliers.
