Your privacy matters and you control your data. No cloud storage without explicit consent, and processing uses encryption with sensitive personal info removed.
Where is my historical data stored and how long can I access it?
You can access your historical data from the day you first activated your Even R1. While not every granular detail is kept, the most relevant data is saved for long-term access. With your permission, this data is stored on the Even Realities Cloud, where it is processed and anonymized to protect your privacy.
Does Even G2 support prescription lenses, and which types?
Yes, Even G2 is available as prescription smart glasses, supporting a wide range from -12.00 to +12.00. We support single-vision lenses for myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism. Progressive lenses are not available online. Should you want to add your prescription, we kindly ask that you contact us for a personalized quotation.
Can I update my lenses if my prescription changes?
Absolutely. There's no need to replace your frame; just send your new prescription to our support team. We're here to assist you with a seamless custom lens replacement.
Does Even G2 have a camera?
To prioritize your privacy and deliver a seamless display experience, Even G2 relies on its integrated microphone for information input rather than a camera.
What does a smart ring do?
Even R1 allows you to:
- Control Even G2 smart glasses with simple tap, scroll, long-press gestures.
- Monitor real-time health metrics (heart rate, oxygen, sleep, HRV, steps, etc).
- Track productivity insights and readiness.
Note: You can wear the Even R1 on any finger. However, for optimal sensor accuracy, we recommend wearing it on your index finger. If you are unable to use your index finger for any reason, we suggest also trying your middle or ring finger.
How does the Even R1 give me control over my phone and glasses?
Even R1 connects to your phone via Bluetooth, pairing with Even G2 through the app to give you discreet control without ever needing to touch your glasses or smartphone.
How do I choose the right size for my Even R1?
