More about this frame

Daizo Pete features a distinctive rectangular silhouette with refined proportions and an acetate construction that expresses its essential, contemporary character. At the heart of the construction is Daizo’s signature 180-degree hinge, which has become an integral part of the brand’s design language, combining technical precision with careful attention to detail. The temples incorporate an internal wire core and are finished with Daizo’s signature diamond logo set into the temple tips, while the two-tone rivets add another distinctive element to the construction. Handcrafted in Japan, Pete combines the strong character of its rectangular silhouette with a refined, contemporary construction, expressing Daizo’s approach to material, functionality and durability. Its proportions have been refined over time while preserving its distinctive identity, making it one of the most recognizable expressions of the brand’s construction language.
