European Union Delivery

STANDARD 2-4 working days € 8.00*

EXPRESS 1-2 working days € 15.00**

* free Standard delivery will be offered for orders over € 200
** free Express delivery will be offered for orders over € 500

 

All orders will be shipped by courier and will require a signature upon delivery.

When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail. Please calculate the delivery time from the time you receive this e-mail.

If all goes according to plan you should normally expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days. However, be aware when selecting Express delivery that occasionally delays can occur that are beyond our control.

We will do everything we can to avoid this and keep you up to date. All orders are packed and shipped from our partner locations. Each item will be personally inspected by qualified personnel to ensure that you do not receive anything but pristine eyewear.

Delivery outside the European Union

We are able to ship your order to destinations outside the European Union.

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to local duties or taxes and must be paid directly to the courier. eye-oo.com is not liable for these costs and will not be able to reimburse.

Notify Me items

Delivery times for Notify Me items depend on our suppliers. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order with an estimated delivery time and keep you posted every time we receive up to date information from our suppliers.

Return Policy

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return it. Please contact us by phone or email to get a returns reference number. Any article returned without this number will be ineligible for a refund.

Goods must be shipped back to us within 10 days of this number being issued.

Goods must be unworn and in perfect condition with all accessories and original packaging intact. We will not be able to refund any goods that do not meet the above criteria.

We will not be able to refund any shipping costs or taxes incurred.

The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.
