Ambush has been subverting the fashion industry for over a decade. Finding its origins in a jewelry styling experiment, Yoon converted her intuitive cool into a pervasive creative hub that went from a line of jewelry, to streetwear fashion label and leading cultural collaborations. The brand is launching the first eyewear collection, produced and distributed by the in-house eyewear division, of its parent company, New Guards Group. The four styles of 2022 collection are a natural expression of the Ambush aesthetic in the eyewear world: they are bold, contemporary and easy to wear in every occasion. The sunglasses are made in Italy in acetate, metal or combining the two materials. The logo is either in relief 3D either it adorns the temples as a dainty ambush “A” on relief. The styles are heavily inspired from the ‘90s culture, a wrapping style blinking the eye to a more essential design.
