“I don’t believe in gender, only design,” said Virgil Abloh in a statement. Composed of several avant garde and genderless frames, the collection unites under two branding motifs: a reimagined, overlayed logo and the classic “Arrow” iconography featuring intertwined ivy detailing. Where the “Marfa” sunglasses line the face with a narrow, extended cat-eye in both a statement-making hot-pink-and-white edition as well as a subtle black-and-tortoise colorway, the “Alps” frame completely takes over with an oversized shield lens and a thick, wrap-around construction.

Architect and engineer Virgil Abloh and the Eyewear team have taken the notions and development of a high fashion brand to a new level altogether. Based in Milan, the creative office has absorbed and transformed the heritage of the Italian craftsmanship from a contemporary, global perspective on design and trends to create a collection that is the coherent extension of the Off-White™ aesthetic in the Eyewear world.


The Off-White™ sunglasses are Made in Italy in acetate, metal or combining the two materials; the logo is either engraved either it appears in the form of an arrow with ivy leaves realized in metal and applied on both temples. All the styles are genderless and the color propositions range from the iconic nuances of the eyewear sector, black and havana, to fun and pop shades like red, blue and crystal options. 


Starting from the Spring - Summer 2022 season, Off-White™ presents the very first optical collection including 5 unique styles. The collection is available also in “Asian fit”. The optical frames have specially crafted lenses meant to block / filter out blue light given off from digital screens, they also represent the perfect accessory for those who do not need prescription glasses and simply enjoy their look but with the right protection.
